Toor dal(washed and drained) 1/2 cup
Kidney beans (rajma) 2 tablespoons
Tomatoes, 2 medium cut into pieces
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Onion, one large chopped
Mustard seeds 1/2 tablespoon
Curry leaves few
Butter 3 tablespoons
Oil 1 tablespoon
Green chillies, slit 4 or 5
A pinch of turmeric powder
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Dhania powder 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 table spoon
Salt to taste
